長期不在について

発送後の商品は、お客様の責任において必ずお受け取りをお願いいたします。

【保管期限内の商品】

お届け時にご不在の場合は、不在票が投函されます。不在票に記載の連絡先へご連絡いただくことで再配達が可能です。
※ご注文者名と表札名が異なる場合や、表札にお名前がない場合、不在票が投函されない場合がございます。

【保管期限を過ぎた商品】

長期不在や住所不備などにより、配送業者の保管期限(佐川急便の場合:当店発送日より約1週間)を過ぎた商品は、弊社倉庫へ返送されます。
返送後の再発送をご希望の場合は、再発送にかかる送料を着払いにてご負担いただきます。再配達をご希望の場合は、保管期限内に配送業者へ直接ご連絡のうえ、お手続きください。

予約商品の発送についてのご注意

予約商品の発送予定日の目安は以下の通りです。

  • 上旬:1〜10日
  • 中旬:11〜20日
  • 下旬:21〜末日


予約商品に記載の「発送予定日」は、生産状況等により前後する場合がございます。万一、入荷予定が大幅に遅れる場合は、メールにてご案内いたします。

※商品が物流センターへ到着次第、順次発送いたします。
※記載の発送予定日はあくまで”目安”であり、確約ではございません。
※納品状況によっては、予定より早くお届けする場合もございます。

※生産中止や減産などの事情により、やむを得ずご注文をキャンセルさせていただく場合がございます。

atone is a payment system that anyone can use immediately, allowing you to pay for your monthly bills in one lump sum the following month at a convenience store or by direct debit.
You can earn 1 point for every 200 yen you spend, and earn valuable NP points that can be used for shopping at atone. For more details, please see the atone official website .

■Payment method The number required to issue a payment slip will be emailed to you at the beginning of the month following your purchase. Please issue a payment slip from a convenience store terminal such as Loppi/FamiPort and make your payment by the 10th of the following month.

■Notes

  • There is no charge for payment.

NP deferred payment (convenience stores, post offices, banks, LINE Pay)

NP Pay Later: After receiving the product, you can pay later with an invoice.

○ Details of this payment method: This is a safe and easy payment method that allows you to pay later at a convenience store, post office, bank, or LINE Pay after confirming the arrival of the product. An invoice will be mailed separately from the product, so please make payment within 14 days of issuance.

For orders with deferred payment, we will use the service provided by Net Protections Co., Ltd.
NP deferred payment service is applied, and personal information is provided within the scope of the service.
The payment claim will be transferred. The maximum amount you can use is 55,000 yen (tax included) in total.

We cannot accept cancellations or exchanges due to customer convenience.
Please note that we do accept returns and exchanges for defective products and products damaged during shipping, so if you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer center within 5 days of receiving the item. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs.
Please contact us in advance as unauthorized returns (defective products only) without prior notice will take time to process.

Products eligible for return or exchange

  • Products with obvious defects in the product specifications
  • Products that have been contaminated or damaged during delivery
  • If the product you received is different from the one in the confirmation email after placing your order

Products that are not eligible for return or exchange

  • Issues related to the characteristics of overseas products
  • Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience (different color, size, image, etc.)
  • Items that have been delivered more than 5 days ago
  • Items that are not returned within 10 days of arrival
  • Items that show signs of wear or have been altered, washed, or dry cleaned
  • Products that have acquired odors, become dirty, or become scratched while in the customer's possession
  • Products without tags
  • Sale items and lucky bag items
  • If the packaging bag is lost or destroyed (the round seal QC number is missing)
  • Products returned without prior notice
  • All items are brand new, but as we are selling them at a low price at a loss, there may be unavoidable issues such as missing buttons, slight stains, fraying, wrinkles, discoloration, odors, etc.
  • If there are any detached buttons, please attach them yourself (except for recessed buttons). If there are any minor fraying, please cut them off yourself.

In order to prioritize affordable prices, our shop's products are delivered with simple inspection and simple packaging.
Since most of our products are imported from overseas, the quality of the stitching may be inferior to that of general products sold domestically.
Also, wrinkles during transportation are unavoidable. Please understand the above before purchasing.

Refund/exchange method

If you have received a defective product, please contact us using the inquiry form, providing the following information:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Product photos (photos that clearly show the defective parts, photos of the entire product)
    *Please take photos with a normal camera without a filter.
  • QC code sticker (a sticker with a code beginning with VRAN attached to the bag containing the product)

Once we have received your confirmation, we will refund or exchange your item using one of the following methods.

  • Bank transfer (fees borne by us)
  • Coupons equivalent to the product price will be distributed
  • Exchange for other products

*If the product price exceeds the limit, we will provide you with a coupon for the same amount and you will be able to purchase it again.
*If the product price is lower, we will refund the difference by bank transfer (fees will be borne by us).
