Shipping and delivery methods

The delivery company is Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express.

The shipping costs are as follows:

Domestic (excluding Hokkaido and Okinawa) 780 yen (tax included)
Hokkaido and Okinawa (remote islands and some areas): 1,000 yen (tax included)
*Free shipping for purchases over 15,000 yen

Delivery time

In-stock items will be delivered in as little as 2-3 days.

Pre-ordered items will be shipped within an average of 14 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), and up to 1.5 months.

- Generally, items will be shipped as soon as all items are available, but if a product is found to be defective during inspection or if the product is out of stock, the first available item will be shipped.

*In the above cases, we will contact you to inform you that the item is out of stock, so please check your mailbox. If you cannot find the email from us, please contact us at info@randy-online.jp .

*We may inquire about the shipping period of the product, but please understand the shipping period before purchasing.

Regarding long-term absence

If you are not at home when the package is delivered, a missed delivery notice will be left. Please contact the contact information on the missed delivery notice and we will resend the package.

*If the name of the person placing the order is different from the name on the nameplate, or if there is no name on the nameplate, we may not put a missed delivery slip. Thank you for your understanding.

[Items that have expired due to long-term absence etc.]

If the item is returned to our warehouse, it will be re-delivered at the customer's expense.

atone Next month payment (convenience store/direct debit)

atone is a payment system that anyone can use immediately. You can pay for this month's usage in one lump sum at a convenience store or by direct debit the following month.

You can earn 1 point for every 200 yen you spend, and earn NP points that can be used for shopping at atone. For more information, please see the atone official website .

■Payment method The number required for payment will be emailed to you at the beginning of the month following your purchase. Please make the payment by the 10th of the following month at a convenience store terminal such as Loppi or at a bank ATM (Pay-easy).
You can choose from the following four payment methods. Please complete the procedure by the end of the month via the smartphone app or your online account page.

Pay Later

Pay Later is a payment method that can be used with just an email address and mobile phone number. No prior registration or credit card is required. Payment is made in one lump sum the following month. The amount used for one month will be confirmed on the 1st of the following month and will be notified by email and SMS.

■Payment method: Convenience store (Payment fee: 356 yen including tax)
・Bank transfer (Payment fee: varies depending on financial institution)
・Account transfer (payment fee: free)

■How to set up direct debit: You can register for direct debit (automatic deduction) through MyPaidy.
・Applications can be completed online. There is no need to fill out, mail, or upload application forms, personal seals, identification documents, etc.

Cancellations, returns and exchanges

We cannot accept cancellations or exchanges due to customer convenience.

However, we do accept returns and exchanges for defective products or products that were damaged during shipping, so if you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer center within 5 days of receiving the item. In that case, we will cover the shipping costs.

Please contact us in advance as unauthorized returns (defective products only) will take time to process.

Products eligible for return or exchange

- Products with obvious defects in the product specifications

- Products that have been contaminated or damaged during delivery

・If you receive a product that is different from the confirmation email after placing your order

Products that are not eligible for return or exchange

- Issues related to the characteristics of overseas products

・Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience (color, size, different from what you expected, etc.)

・Items that have been delivered more than 5 days ago

・Items that are not returned within 10 days of arrival

- Products that show signs of having been worn, or that have been altered, washed, or dry-cleaned

・Products that have acquired odors, stains, or scratches while in the customer's possession

・Items without tags

・Sale items/Lucky bag items

・If the packaging bag has been lost or discarded (if there is no round sticker QC number)

・Items returned without prior notice

- In the case of missing buttons, slight stains, fraying, wrinkles, discoloration, odors, etc. All items are brand new, but since we are selling them at a low price at a loss, there may be unavoidable issues.

For buttons that have come off, except for recessed buttons, please attach them yourself. For minor fraying, please cut them off yourself.

In order to prioritize affordable prices, the products in our shop are delivered with simple inspection and simple packaging.

Since most of our products are purchased overseas, the quality of the sewing may be inferior to general products sold domestically.

In addition, wrinkles during transportation are unavoidable. Please understand the above before purchasing.

Refund/Exchange Method

If you have received a defective product, please contact us using the inquiry form and provide the following information:

-Product photos (photos that clearly show the defective parts, photos of the entire product)

*Please take photos with a normal camera without a filter.

・QC code sticker (a sticker with a code beginning with VRAN attached to the bag the product is in)

Once we have received your confirmation, we will refund or exchange your item using one of the following methods:

・Bank transfer (fees covered by us)

・Coupons equivalent to the product price will be distributed

・Exchange for other products

*If the product price exceeds the limit, we will give you a coupon for the same amount and you will be required to purchase it again.

*If the product price is less than the amount you paid, we will refund the difference by bank transfer. (We will cover the handling fee.)

About Membership

By registering as a member (free of charge), you can shop smoothly without having to enter a shipping address or other information on the payment screen, which can be tedious.

You can also check your order history, past order details, and current order status from your My Page.
